Stream machine console logs.

Streams the machine's console output as server-sent events; falls back to the archived log when the machine is not running. Requires the machine:read scope.

followboolean

Keep the stream open and send new output as it is produced. Default false, which sends the backlog and ends the stream, so a client that wants to tail has to ask.

tailinteger

Limit the initial backlog to the last N lines. Absent means the whole retained backlog, which on a long-lived machine is the reason a console asks for a bounded one.
