List Appointments Awaiting Audit

Returns the appointments within the install that are waiting to be audited, along with the session, exam, course and user details.<br/><br/>An appointment is waiting to be audited when its exam has an appointmentAuditLevel of approve or review and the session does not yet have an appointmentAuditStatus.<br/><br/>Practice exams are excluded. Only active, non-cancelled sessions with an appointment date are returned, ordered by appointment date, oldest first.<br/><br/>Optionally filter by courseSid and/or examSid. Results are paginated and default to 50 per page.
