- categories=cat1|cat2：品类过滤（无品类则全站）
- format=xlsx|csv|json|zip
- include_price_history / include_voc：xlsx 额外加 sheet
- include_images：xlsx 全字段表是否含 image_urls 列
- split_by_category：xlsx 是否按品类拆 sheet
