Living Link Reader

Submit one version-bound explicit decision response

Email verification, when required, must already be complete. Verification never submits a response; the Reader presents a separate final confirmation. The same viewer cannot replace a response for the same deck and configuration version. A first submission without a viewer cookie requires a UUID v4 Idempotency-Key so a lost response can be retried without creating another viewer or decision.

Optional. When no Living Link viewer cookie exists, this must be a cryptographically random UUID v4. It deterministically recovers the first viewer session after a lost successful response. Once a viewer cookie exists, normal Idempotency-Key semantics apply.
