Removed — the template render engine is gone

Gone (410). The template render engine was removed. Discover slide forms via the MCP browse_catalog tool (form/variant catalog; type=schema + family for the machine-readable contract), then render via POST /v1/render/auto with a brief or a structured intent via the MCP create_slide tool. Caller-supplied python-pptx code renders via POST /v1/render/code.
