Feed a season from a connected product.

The explicit per-season opt-in: the season's one rule for a product (allowOrigins, denyOrigins, disabled). A season with no rule of its own reads what its project is fed from (PUT /story-projects/{projectId}/integration-feed), and nothing otherwise. Every item still waits for someone to keep it. Owners and admins, on their own seasons. Scope: story:write. Free.
