Seasons

Approve and lock the complete season map.

A human approval boundary. Call only after every episode has been discussed, has a complete brief, and is confirmed=true. Send expectedMapVersion from the exact SeasonRun response the user reviewed; a stale value is rejected so a newer map cannot be approved accidentally. Approval locks the map and enables sequential episode planning. It does not approve later StoryPlans, coverage revisions, or RSS publication. Requires Idempotency-Key and repeatable (non-FREE) coverage access.
