Retry a failed table-read creative analysis.

Re-runs a table read's creative analysis after it FAILED. Re-runs the creative worker's provider pre-check against CURRENT sidecar bindings instead of replaying the read's persisted (possibly stale) error message, then re-dispatches the worker, which self-heals the read on success. The read is resolved from scriptUploadId (the caller's latest read for that script; a script that is not yours or has no read is 404 script_not_found). A read that is NOT in a failed state is refused with 409 table_read_not_failed. Free: it renders nothing and reserves nothing. Naturally idempotent, so no Idempotency-Key. The Writers Lab's and MCP retry_creative_analysis call the same route. Scope: story:write.
