Where the "Download my data" archive stands, with a fresh download link when it is ready.

state: none, queued, building, ready, failed (error says why) or expired. When ready, download.url is a signed link that works until download.expiresAt (an hour); read again for a new one. The archive itself is deleted at expiresAt (7 days after it is built). contents counts what it holds by section. Scope: account:read. Free.
