Download an attachment

One attachment's file, fetched from the member's mailbox, with its type in Content-Type and its file name in Content-Disposition. Only attachments of messages the key can see (never drafts). Each download counts against the member's Gmail or Outlook quota, so fetch files you need rather than every file on every sync.

Scope: mail.content.read. Rate limit class: attachment (120/minute per key).
