Enable or disable many dimension values

Turn up to 100 values of one dimension on or off at once. The batch succeeds or fails as a whole.

Whether the values can be coded onto new entries.

valueIdsstring[] required

The values to set, 1 to 100 per request, all on the same connection. Repeated ids are collapsed.
