Get latest air quality data from OpenAQ (PM2.5, PM10, O3, NO2) for a location.

Free source: OpenAQ v3 — key in /root/.openaq_api_key. FIX 2026-08-11 (WO 4b22e677): v3 free-tier name filter is IGNORED server-side (returned Ghana locations for 'Miami'); v2 API is retired. Robust path: geocode the city via Nominatim (keyless, 1 req/s) -> coordinates+radius=25000 query -> real local stations. Falls back to the old name query if geocoding fails; never hard-fails on empty lookups.
