Search incoming calls only

Full-text search scoped to inbound calls — matches caller name, phone number, transcript, summary, and title case-insensitively. Faster than /calls/search which also scans outbound calls. Returns matchedFields per result showing which columns hit the query. Soft-deleted calls are excluded.
