A three-process desktop uploads one signals note

A device route, as the context upload, for a three-process desktop until the follow-up removes it. The note (version 1) is stored by the credential's device, placed at the end of the context of its recording it follows. 202 stores it; 200 is a repeat; 409 context-conflict is another body for the same recording and note_seq; 410 context-expired is past the firm's retention; recording_id in the body must equal the path's (422).
