Set the caller's own picture

The body is the image itself, at most 262144 bytes, under its own Content-Type: png, jpeg or webp. The client scales it to 256 by 256 first. Too large is a 413; any other type (SVG and GIF among them) is a 415; an empty body, or bytes that are not the type they are declared as, is a 422. Nothing is stored on a refusal. The answer is the picture's updated_at, which the rows that name the person carry as avatar.updated_at.
