COMPAT(#180): gone; activity types are no longer written

Activity types are gone, so a write is a 410 of type urn:six-minute:problem:activity-types-gone and changes nothing. The body and the 200 stay documented only so a client built against the old route still matches; the 200 is never answered. Removed by #180.
