PM · Statuses · Add a new status column to a board (returns ID needed for createTask)

Add a new column to a board. Required field: title. Optional: color (hex string e.g. #008CD3), order (integer position; appended at end if omitted). The new status id is returned and should be cached — it is required for createTask and searchTasks.
