Update custom translation hosting settings

The endpoint is used for updating custom translation hosting provider credentials (e.g. AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, Google Cloud Storage). The connection is verified before the settings are saved - if verification fails, the settings are not updated and the endpoint returns an error.
