Create BEP Charge

Create a new charge for an existing and complete BEP authentication. This will also initiate the finalization of the BEP authentication flow.

From November 22, 2026, if a valid card is not found using card.number in the request, the response will be a 409 with type /silverflow/problems/card/invalid.

Requires charges:Create permission.
