Request an LFN to leave a multicast group, following the process described in [FANTPS] section 6.2.3.1.4.3.

The multicast address to be joined or left. IPv6 address strings are formatted per RFC 5952.

multicastLifetimeinteger

16-bit unsigned integer. The lifetime, in minutes, of the device's multicast group address registration. [RFC 6775 Section 4.1]

Device will initiate multicast group resignation.
