Full dated fab-level capacity series (per fab · tech_node_class · effective_date, ascending) with availability status, projections flag, and sourcing metadata. Node conversions appear as capacity shifting between node-class rows across effective_dates. Bitemporal: effective_date = what the reading reflects; curated backfill extends history.
