Connect to an MCP server and return its available tools.

If the user has a stored MCP credential for this server URL, it will be used automatically unless use_saved_credentials is false.

Use a saved credential when no auth token is supplied. Set false to discover public tools without signing in.

auth_tokenstring password nullable

Optional bare Bearer token, Basic/Bearer value, or complete Authorization header. Omit the field (or send null) for an unauthenticated server; an empty string is rejected.
