Phone Numbers
Release phone number
Releases a project-owned phone number by ID, removing it from the project. Use it only when the number should no longer be owned; deleting a handler resource or removing its E911 assignment does not release the number. Compatibility Incoming Phone Numbers use their own delete operation.
Permissions
The API token used to authenticate must have the following scope(s) enabled to make a successful request: Numbers.

Universal Unique Identifier.
Unique ID of the phone number.
Response
There is no content to send for this request, but the headers may be useful.
