Get institution detail by CIK
Detailed information about a specific institutional investor by their SEC CIK number. Returns the institution name, form type, total AUM, number of holdings, and filing history.
Stats use the same 13F resolution as signal8.ai: 13F-NT notices never count, a restatement replaces the original and a NEW HOLDINGS amendment is merged. holdingsCount is distinct CUSIPs of long equity and totalAum excludes put/call notional, which is reported separately as derivativesCount / derivativesNotional. positionChanges compare against the IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING quarter only; when that quarter has no holdings filing, changesMeasured is false and every count is null (not measured — never zero, never "all new").
