Get recent material 8-K filings across an index universe

Returns recent 8-K filings filtered by item codes (e.g. 1.01 material agreement, 2.01 acquisition, 5.02 leadership change) across a named index universe (S&P 500, NASDAQ 100, DOW). Results are sorted by filing date descending.

Lookback window is fixed at 7 days. Results are cached for 5 minutes.

Query parameters

universestring required

Index universe alias (case-insensitive).

itemsstring

Comma-separated 8-K item codes. Each code must match \d+\.\d+ (e.g. 1.01,5.02). When omitted, defaults to: 1.01,2.01,2.03,2.05,3.02,5.02,7.01,8.01.

limitinteger

Max rows returned. Default 50, clamped to [1, 200].
