List the documents in a held filing

The document list of a filing held in the Signal8 archive — every document in the submission (primary document, exhibits, XBRL), with whether its body is stored and its sec.gov URL. Also returns the archive filingId (for /edgar/document/{filingId} and /edgar/exhibits/{filingId}) and, per document, exhibitId (for /edgar/exhibit/{id}); exhibitId: null means the document has no readable text row (XML/XBRL/graphics, or text not held — use secUrl). When readableIdsResolved is false the id lookup failed and exhibitId is omitted rather than null. stored: false means the archive holds the filing record but not that document's body. 404 means the filing is not held here; its index is still on EDGAR.
