Historical shares-outstanding and cash-position series sourced from the company's own SEC XBRL facts, with snapshot-derived offering and cash-event overlays so a move in the series can be attributed to the financing that caused it.

🔴 The historical shares-outstanding series is AS FILED — each point is on the split basis in force when that period was reported, and is NOT rebased onto today's basis. Comparing a point to a current share count without applying the split chain is wrong by the cumulative factor.

Degrades rather than fails: if SEC XBRL is unreachable the endpoint returns 200 with empty arrays and degraded: true. Empty is not zero.
