Get enriched company profile including CIK, sector/industry, market cap, employee count, and basic SEC filing metadata.

Always includes live trading-halt status: halted (boolean), haltCode (string|null), haltedAt (ISO 8601 UTC|null). A halted-but-still-listed ticker reports delisted: false (an active halt is not a delisting — feature-2260).
