Upcoming 10-K / 10-Q filing deadlines

Returns a forward-looking list of SEC periodic-report (10-K and 10-Q) filing deadlines aggregated across a company universe. Deadlines are computed from each company's most recent reported period end + the SEC Rule 13a-1 / 13a-13 offset for its filer status.

Filer status currently defaults to unknown (90 days for 10-K, 45 days for 10-Q) until backfilled from the EDGAR submissions API.

Results are cached for 30 minutes keyed by (universe, formTypes, from, to) and sorted ascending by deadline.

Query parameters

fromstring

Window start (ISO YYYY-MM-DD). Defaults to today.

tostring

Window end (ISO YYYY-MM-DD). Defaults to today + 45 days.

universestring

Major-index filter. all (default) returns the unfiltered set.

formTypesstring

Comma-separated subset of 10-K,10-Q. Defaults to both.
