Units consumed this month by the logged user

For every cluster the logged user sponsors or has access to, like an invoice: per unit family (DBU, failover DBU, APU, BKU, BAU) the units declared and, in unit-months so far, the reserved (plan, debit), the borrowed (over the plan, debit), the unused (under the plan, credit), the net, and the end-of-month projection; totals per unit kind and overall. On a Cloud18 instance each line also carries the amount in EUR at the cluster's unit price (+ debit, - credit) and its projection; elsewhere units only.
