Retrieve cluster logs by type

Returns cluster logs for the specified type (in-memory buffer), or — for general/task with ?since=/?until= — a bounded scan of on-disk log history. Available types: general, task, security, workload, ddl, schema, variable-change, sysbench. Without logType returns all logs.
