Usage notes
- Retrieve the policyId by calling the /v2/sourceSwapPolicies endpoint.
- Retrieve the connectionId to use as the fromConnectionId by calling the /v2/connections endpoint.
- Retrieve the userAttributeId to use in the swaps object by calling the /v2/user-attributes endpoint.
