List Google Business Profile locations

Lists the business locations the workspace's Google Business Profile connection manages (one Google login can manage several). Use a location's id in platform_options.google_business.location_ids; posts that don't set it go to every location with is_default: true. Returns an empty list when Google Business Profile isn't connected. Beta: accounts without access get 403 GOOGLE_BUSINESS_BETA_REQUIRED.
