Remove the organization's App Store Connect key.

Deletes the key, so Shorebird can no longer call App Store Connect for the organization. The key still works until it is revoked in App Store Connect, which Shorebird cannot do.

Requires the storeCredentials.delete permission, which only the admin and owner roles hold. Personal access tokens and federated (OIDC-exchanged) tokens are refused whatever their role.
