Delete the release.

Permanently deletes the release and everything that belongs to it: its patches, the stored artifacts of every patch, the stored artifacts of the release on every platform, and its per-platform statuses. Cached patch-check responses for the release version are cleared. This cannot be undone.

Requires the releases.delete permission, which the admin and owner roles hold. A "Release and patch only" API key does not.
