Invite someone to collaborate on the app (no longer available).

Per-app collaborators are being retired in favour of organization membership, so this always answers 410 with app_invitations_frozen; the request body is not read. Invite the person to the organization that owns the app instead, with POST /organizations/{organizationId}/invitations. A caller without the invitations.create permission gets a 403 instead. Pending app invitations can still be listed and revoked.
