Model Context Protocol endpoint (stateless JSON transport). Send a JSON-RPC 2.0 request such as {"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"tools/list"} with Accept: application/json, text/event-stream. Same API key and monthly quota as the REST reads.
