Where the workspace's vectors stand (multilingual index)

Owner/admin of the workspace, or an instance admin. The 768-d indexes and the multilingual 1024-d index (KNOWLEDGE_VECTORS_V2): what is bound and configured, whether searches prefer it (read), how many passages carry a vector of which model, which backfill passes finished, and which index each kind of search reads right now.
