List Tracking Events

List tracking events performed by the current user or the team. Requires active team membership -- matches the dominant clause of Flask's SupervisorOwnerOrUserTypePermission (any team member); the role-bitmask staff-bypass branch is the already-documented, accepted project_fastapi_dashboard_auth_gaps gap.
