Read the current voice fingerprint version

A stub that always answers 0. The live fingerprint version is the voiceFingerprintVersion field on GET /v1/coaches/me, so read it there.

Session-only. This endpoint isn't on the API-key allowlist. An organization API key gets a 403 here, whatever scopes it holds.
