Review queue

Draft again for a cancelled, paused or failed turn

Starts the turn again as the next attempt. Only the lead's latest turn in a conversation restarts. A turn restarts at most 3 times through retry and regenerate; after that the call fails with 409 drafting_retry_limit. Retrying a turn that is already drafting a restarted attempt answers that attempt.

API key scopes: review_queue:write. You also need an Idempotency-Key header.
