List the coach's learning proposals

What the A/B tests have learned and are proposing you act on. It defaults to the ab_test.* event types over the last 30 days, newest first, and leaves out dismissed proposals unless you pass activeOnly=false.

Return only records that are still active.

Luca-API-Version'1'

The major version of the API this client was built against. Omit it and the request is served by the current major version. Any other value is refused with 400 unsupported_api_version.
