Pause everything Luca drafts or sends for one lead

Stops DM reply drafts, follow-up cadences and campaign sends for this lead until the pause ends or the coach resumes. A draft in flight stops at its next step. Safety handling still runs: an opt-out is still handled, and a crisis message still reaches the coach as an urgent card that never auto-sends. Pausing again replaces the earlier pause. A timed pause ends by itself, and Luca then resumes the lead the way the resume endpoint does.

API key scopes: leads:write. You also need an Idempotency-Key header.
