Record that the coach took a growth story template

Stamps the "took a story template" half of the low-usage extension gate. Luca can't see a story land on Instagram, so copying the template stands in for it. firstCopy is true only on the call that flipped the flag.

Session-only. This endpoint isn't on the API-key allowlist. An organization API key gets a 403 here, whatever scopes it holds.
