Edit the fields of a staged action proposal

The coach's edits to a proposal card. Send the revision you saw and only the fields that changed. The proposal gets a new revision, so an approval of the older one is refused. You'll get a 409 with revision_conflict when the revision is stale.

Session-only. This endpoint isn't on the API-key allowlist. An organization API key gets a 403 here, whatever scopes it holds.
