A/B tests

Start an A/B test

Puts a draft or paused test into live lead assignment. Any other status returns 409, and so does a conflicting test that's already running.

Session-only. This endpoint isn't on the API-key allowlist. An organization API key gets a 403 here, whatever scopes it holds.
