GET /predict-jobs/:jobId

Poll the status of an asynchronous /predict request using its unguessable job_id capability. No second payment is required. Completed jobs include the prediction result; failed jobs identify refund_due and the original payment reference. Job records expire after 24 hours. Rate-limited to 60 polls/minute per IP. Keep the returned job_id; if the 202 response is lost or a retry reuses an already-settled payment, do not blindly repay or assume a new job_id exists. Contact support with the payment reference. The public on-chain transaction is not used as a job lookup capability.
