Check if a WO requires secondary leak verification
Checks if a work order has the associated leak record where the secondary leak verification date and method haven’t been provided yet. <br />Possible response values: • true: There is an incomplete leak record linked to the specified work order ID. The secondary verification date and method are missing. • false: There are no leak events for the specified work order ID, or the leak event associated with the WO was completed, with the secondary leak verification date and method provided. <br />Can be used by both providers and subscribers.
