Date and time when the proposal was created. The format is YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.sssssss[±hh:mm], where [±hh:mm] represents the time zone offset from UTC.

Statusstring

Proposal status, for example, Approved, Open, Reviewed, etc.

WorkOrderinteger

Work order tracking number.
