List OS templates

The OS images you can reinstall this VPS/VDS with (respects per-service access).

Each item has an id and a human label - pick the one you want and pass its id to POST /reinstall as template_id. type is the machine's virtualization type (qemu or lxc); the list is already filtered to what's installable on it.
